Essential Oils are used daily around here as part of our family wellness routine. My favorite way to use these scents is simply adding them to an aromatherapy diffuser and letting it disperse throughout the house. I typically purchase my oils online or at the local health food store and like to do my research over at Dr. Axe’s website before trying anything new. When buying oils make sure you look for ones that say “pure essential oil” or “100% essential oil“.
